We will ship within 5 business days.
About Shipping
Shipping costs are 730 yen (tax included). Shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands is 1,330 yen (tax included). If you purchase more than 15,000 yen (tax included), we will deliver it to you free of charge nationwide.
We are very sorry, but we cannot allow you to specify a delivery date and time or a delivery company.
Payment
You can use credit card payments (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and deferred payment (Paidy).
For deferred payment (Paidy), the final invoice is issued on the 1st of the following month at the end of each month, and you will be notified by email and SMS (short message) by the 5th. Payment can be made at a convenience store (via a terminal installed at a convenience store) or by bank transfer. The payment due date is the 27th of the following month for both convenience store payment and bank transfer. Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). For convenience store payment, the fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products. However, we will accept returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and the actual product is different from the product you ordered or if the product is defective. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been confirmed. If you have not received the item within one week (baggage storage period) from the shipping date, your order will be automatically canceled.
